About me

My name is Neli Arabadzhieva – Calleah.

I have created this  website to serve as an information hub for the professional activities I practice. I am an astrologer, a classical yoga teacher, and a practicing psychologist.

The different approaches I work with have not been chosen by chance. They originate from different traditions and fields of knowledge, yet in my work they serve a common goal.

My main goal and mission is to help people discover and follow their mission - their own authentic path, both in the social and personal spheres.

These two directions of growth - social and personal - are interconnected and often complement one another, yet they are not the same thing. The social mission is the most suitable and fulfilling way in which we contribute to the world that has given us a place to live. The personal mission is the way we serve ourselves and continue to grow, so that we maintain our desire to live and thrive. It is common for people to neglect one of these directions. Sometimes they neglect both... This often leads to sadness, deep dissatisfaction, and a lack of harmonious engagement with life. In turn, these feelings generate destructive impulses directed inward and, all too often, outward as well.

Astrology helps me reveal the direction, potential, and deeper meaning of a person's life path. Psychology is the tool that helps identify and overcome the obstacles along that path, because very often those obstacles are entirely internal—traumatic reactions, fears, addictions, or loyalty to values that do not truly belong to us. Yoga contains a profound and time-tested wisdom that teaches us how to preserve our inner peace, smile, and resilience throughout the journey itself. It is wonderful to know where we are going. It is equally important to be able to overcome obstacles with dignity and to move forward with greater ease and sense of fulfillment.

When we are more deeply connected with ourselves and our personal path, we are also able to connect more harmoniously with Mother Earth and her magnificent natural world. This is my second mission, though no less important than the first. I am directly involved in various environmental initiatives and intend to remain so. However, I also believe that my work as a therapist and consultant contributes to this cause. When we do what genuinely brings us joy, inspiration, and growth, we contribute to harmony as a whole.

Below you will find additional information about the schools, principles, and methods I use in my work.

In my work as a psychologist, I use several therapeutic methods that I personally find particularly effective. My longest and most intensive experience is with regression therapy, a method that helps uncover and process memories related to clients' present-life themes and experiences. I also use the art-therapeutic method BuildASet and Family Constellations, a method developed by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. You can find more information about the methods I use and the areas in which I offer psychological support in the relevant section of this website.

I have been providing astrological consultations and preparing professional astrological analyses for eleven years (as of 2026). Practicality is a core principle and guiding approach in my work. Even the most challenging astrological configuration contains potentials that can be activated and used to our advantage. My goal is therefore to provide clarity and practical guidance on how to make the best and most meaningful use of astrological influences and aspects.

I work with the methods and concepts of Western (tropical) astrology. I am particularly influenced by the American school of astrology, while also exploring other traditions and approaches. In addition, I offer astrology courses tailored to the level, interests, and goals of each student.

I regard yoga as an essential part of my personal path, philosophy, and way of life. I have been practicing since 2005. My studies include classical yoga in the tradition of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, classical Hatha Yoga, Sahaja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Tantra, and Kriya Yoga (with initiation from Guruji Shibendu Lahiri Mahasaya).

Today, I primarily teach classical yoga, with deep gratitude and respect for my teachers at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute & Research Center in Lonavla, India. For me, yoga is much more than a system of physical exercises and stretching techniques. It is one of the oldest and most refined paths leading toward inner peace, joy, and clarity.

I will share more about my long-standing interests and professional work in the field of environmental protection elsewhere on this website, although they are an important part of my personal story and of my development as both a human being and a professional.
