Past life and childhood regression
What is regression and how it helps?
Regression is one of the methods I work with as a psychologist and therapist. I have been actively using this method since 2017, when I completed my training. So far, I have conducted more than 800 sessions using this method, and I consider it one of the most effective tools for therapy, as it easily helps clients connect to deeper levels of their psyche and recover memories.
Recovered memories help us restore logic and understand the cause-and-effect relationships behind numerous events in our lives. When we remember, we can more easily detach in a healthier way from what has happened in the past. The method I use facilitates the process of differentiation and liberation—we differentiate the person we were from the person we are now. Otherwise, certain events from the past remain in the subconscious, sabotaging our lives, leading us to participate in repetitive situations, causing unfounded fears, psychological and even physical discomfort. Quite often, hidden memories even force us to stay in relationships we do not fully understand.
Forgetting is one of the protective mechanisms of the psyche that occurs when it lacks the capacity to process the heaviness of certain facts and events. Yet, like most other protective mechanisms, this one can also become a dysfunction. The best aspect of the method I use is that we can only unfold memories that the psyche is ready to address. In other words, the method works only when the person is resourceful enough, making it safe and very practical.
Memories are recovered in relation to the client's specific topics. Sometimes clients remember things from their childhood, and other times they recall important fragments from their past lives. Regarding past lives, I have spoken extensively, and additional articles will be published on this website. It is not necessary to “believe” in past lives to benefit from this method. In any case, everything you need to know for your session will be explained in our preliminary conversation.
A one-hour preliminary conversation is required with all new clients. During this session, I will get to know you and your topic, and you will receive additional information about the method. We will also discuss whether this method is the most appropriate tool for working with your topic at that specific moment. You can make an appointment by emailing me or by sending me a message on WhatsApp. Please be sure to clearly indicate if you are a new client or if you have never worked with this method before. If we know each other and you want to book a regression appointment directly, please remember to set aside two and a half hours. You will spend two hours with me, and at least 30 minutes will be needed for you to be alone after the session.
I work with this method in person (for those who can visit my office in Sofia, Bulgaria) and online. My working languages are English and Bulgarian.
A preliminary session for this method costs 40 euros in Bulgarian and 60 euros in English. A full session in Bulgarian is 100 euros and 120 euros in English.
